1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Wishcraft at https://wishcraft.store, operated by AgentiqMinds LLP (Door No. 179, Erode Road, Krishnapuram, Bhavani, Erode, Tamil Nadu 638455, India). By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. You agree to provide accurate account and delivery information.
3. Products & pricing
- Product images, dimensions, finishes, and descriptions are for guidance. Minor variations in colour, grain, or texture can occur with natural materials and screen displays.
- Prices are shown in the selected currency/channel and, where applicable, include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. GST invoices are issued as required under Indian tax law.
- We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund of amounts paid for those items.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and/or begin fulfilment. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock issues, delivery constraints, or force majeure, with a refund of amounts paid for cancelled items.
5. Payment
Payment methods shown at checkout are accepted. Orders may remain unconfirmed until payment is authorised. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and accurate payment details.
6. Delivery & risk
Delivery timelines and serviceable pin codes are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, except where damage in transit is reported under our returns process.
7. Cancellations, returns & refunds

8. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or submit false information. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and product imagery are owned by AgentiqMinds LLP or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, AgentiqMinds LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and related rules that cannot be waived by contract.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Erode, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.
