How long will my furniture take to arrive?

In-stock items are usually dispatched in 1–3 business days. Transit often takes 3–12 business days depending on your location. Made-to-order pieces follow the lead time shown on the product page.

Do you assemble furniture?

Many items ship flat-packed with instructions and hardware. Assembly or installation services are offered only when explicitly stated for that product or arranged separately with support. Contact support@agentiqminds.com if you need help.

What is your return policy?

Most standard items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Custom pieces and hygiene-sensitive items have limits. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How do refunds work?

After we approve and inspect a return, refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days (banks/UPI may take a little longer).

Will colours match the photos exactly?

We aim for accurate photography, but screens, lighting, wood grain, and fabric dye lots can vary slightly. If an item arrives materially different from its description, contact us with photos within the return window.

Do prices include GST?

Taxes are shown at checkout as configured for your order. A GST-compliant invoice is provided as required under Indian law.

How do I track my order?

Sign in to your account and open Orders. Tracking links are also sent by email when the courier provides them.
