1. Serviceable areas
Wishcraft ships across India to pin codes served by our logistics partners. During checkout we validate whether your delivery address can be fulfilled. If your pin code is not serviceable, please contact support@agentiqminds.com — we may suggest an alternate address or timeline.
2. Processing time
- In-stock items: typically packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days after order confirmation
- Made-to-order / longer-lead items: processing time is shown on the product page or confirmed by email after order
Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays observed by our warehouse partners.
3. Delivery estimates
After dispatch, estimated transit times are usually:
- Metro / major cities: 3–7 business days
- Other serviceable locations: 5–12 business days
- Remote or difficult-access areas: may take longer; we will communicate delays where known
Furniture is bulky — delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking details are shared by email/SMS when available.
4. Shipping charges
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on destination, order size/weight, and promotions. Free-shipping offers, when active, will be shown clearly before you pay.
5. Delivery experience
- Someone should be available to receive large items. Couriers may call ahead on the delivery day.
- Standard delivery is typically to the building entrance / ground-floor accessible point unless an installation or floor-delivery service is explicitly included for that order.
- Please check the outer packaging for visible damage before signing. Report issues as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Delays & force majeure
Delays can occur due to weather, strikes, transporter disruptions, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will work with you to reattempt delivery or arrange a practical alternative.
7. Failed delivery
If delivery fails because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incomplete, or access is refused, reattempt or return-to-origin fees may apply. Keep your phone reachable and address details accurate in your account.
